1. Membership
POP House DFW is an invite-and-application-based creator space. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
2. Payments & Billing
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. House Rules
Members agree to respect the space, staff, and other members. Behavior that is disruptive, harassing, or unsafe may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
4. Content & Filming
Members may film and shoot content inside designated areas. POP House logos, branding, and other members must not appear in content without consent. POP House may capture photo/video on premises for marketing.
5. Liability
Members enter and use the space at their own risk. POP House DFW is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
